Development, Is There a Lot More Risk?

I mean, to me, it seems like development, there's a lot more risk involved, right? There's a lot of unknowns. But for the most part, you kind of know what you're going to get when you talk about development and things like that. The biggest risk in a renovation is behind the walls. What you don't know and can't see can hurt you. Once you're above the ground, yes, there are risks. Yes, pricon can go crazy. but you can really perameterize the risks and take cover and protect yourself once you'reabove the ground.
