The food pyramid does not have processed foods as the largest group um so i guess that would be kind of one of its weaknesses but if you interpret it accurately then of course people are not supposed to be consuming a huge amount of processed and ultra processed food yeah. Paul Saladino has recently talked about his blood work and how his diet has affected that. He is eating three pounds of ground beef per day and he has actually started donating blood to offset that.
