The Importance of Co-Creation
The author says media can be seen in two entirely different ways. On one hand it's a window into other people's lives; on the other, an unmediated experience. Media comes from the Latin word for middle: medium is what's coming between you and story. We have this natural desire to be co-creators because that's what we do all the time anyway.
