Is There a Difference Between Assembly and C Programming Languages?

Bhat: There's a common meam that people say it kind of doesn't matter what programming language you use, you're going to get about the same productivity. Bhat: But i don't agree with this, but i don't o have any data to demonstrate why that. And sometimes its ar diferetly because there are all these smug people practising languages like java and csharp who think they can do anything in them. It's not clear if jus defies my entire curperity or whether I'm just being arrogant.
