Do You Have to Repent?

When you're saved in Christ and you sin, you don't have to go under the line. The sacrifice of Christ has paid for those sins. And so there is assurance that he was saved. They even put here no condemnation. We sin and can repent. So this is kind of weird to me. It doesn't seem to correspond with the Bible teaches about the need for repentance.
