What Is the Sign of the Covenant?

In genesis chapter 17, god gives unto abraham the sign of the covenant, which is circumcision. In romans four, paul says in romans chapter 4, verse 11, that circumcision was a sign and seal of the righteousness that abraham had by faith. And then later on, we also know save from deuteronomy ten, 16, where god tells the israelites, through through moses, circumcise your hearts a remove the foreskin of your heart. Even in circumcision itself, circumcision is not only a bloody rite, but is also something that symbolizes the regeneration of the heart.
