As an engineer, and as with most start up tif first employees that you hire our engineers, cause you got product to build. And so in those early days is just kind of letting go of a lot of things that i'd owned for a long time. It took a couple of members of my team kind of being like, hay, you can step back. That actually turned into a double benefit, because it helped me spend less time, and it gave somebody else on the am really valuable experience around building stuff at scale.
