i agree with squ's decision to ultimately pass, because maybe they could ave got an distribution on their own. I think the problem here was the reliance on on a naptek and tele atlas data. The google has run this in the red for at least ten years, maybe more. There's no way that they would have had the leeway to do that as a private company in that era.
