What Is the Price to Income Ratio?
In Hong Kong, the housing price is 18 times of our annual income for a normal household in the private housing market. And that's despite having a 30 to 50 discount because the buyers just have much lower incomes than the meeting. So still, you know, we have some improvement of the equity, but it is not going to make deal. The UK was the other was maybe the biggest difference where, you know,. the market one was four and a half times somebody's income. And then the shared equity program was 1.2 times somebody's Income.
