What Is the Price to Income Ratio?

In Hong Kong, the housing price is 18 times of our annual income for a normal household in the private housing market. And that's despite having a 30 to 50 discount because the buyers just have much lower incomes than the meeting. And then the shared equity program was 1.2 times somebody's Income.
