Use their name. That's the best way to connect with somebody. If they leave a comment on your content, you can see their name right there. And then when they've left the comment, feel free to ask them a question. This isn't about increasing your engagement by having more comments on it. This is about deepening your kind of relationships. May be a strong word, but, you know, your interaction with this person. What would be the point in tricking someone into your shop if they're not interested? You'd better off them just not being there.
