Effective Middle Leadership Happens Day and Day Out
Time is a mass of premium, and i find the less cor subject is the fewer opportunities there are. I remember when i was a full time in the class room, if people didn't push it, it was going to the bottom of my very, very, very long list of things to think about. If you mention it once, then what gets pushed gets preortized. In an ideal world, we'd all have 16 hours out of the class to work on our subjects. But we need to be teaching. We know more than we are.
