I have Suffered from imposter syndrome my entire life. It's not something that goes away But you learn tricks to be able to combat it so that you can move forward in a healthy productive way. My dad would say don't talk yourself out of opportunity. Let somebody else determine whether or not you're qualified You know go for it, you know put your name out there. Even though it was devastating to have that no-come and that voice rear up again just to get me to apply I had to have that conversation.
