Ebony says she has no set benchmarks for runners, but wants minimum 25 calf raises plus some sort of ability in the gym to lift. "You don't wanna flare people a lot because it does attract the program," Ebony adds. But equally, if we start to push, inevitably our runners will do something silly at some point and so you take these big steps back.
