And so one thing that was important to Adam was like just limiting his time because that before he came in, he was pure signal. He was doing everything for the newsletter. But then when we launched our product, our SaaS product in December, it's like he really needs to be as close to a full time CEO of that product as possible. It's sort of just giving me more reins that way.
