3M is a company that stands for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company. Yet they've created the Post-It Note. The people don't even realize our big brands, even Ocelo Sponges are like a 3M product. We have a chief design officer who's on the VP level. So he's got that seat at the executive table. And then they've also invested in a new design center that all the designers in the US are co-located - which is an amazing space. But it's that philosophical and financial investment to design that really, when I came here, I was like, this is the place for me. This is where I could really help build
