The Role of Silence in a Nurse Statement

Silence is a huge tool that we're using all the time giving space for that right again oftentimes before you are providing a nurse statement. It's not easy for human beings to be comfortable with silence so I always tell people you really have to also practice that and whether that's what I try to do which is count slowly to a number like eight in my head after I've asked a question  and just see if anybody has something to say or you have another technique but I think if you don't have something like that you're never going to give people enough time absolutely.
