Worrying in pairs or groups can have this effect where, right? It's that adage of a joy shared is doubled, a worry shared is halved. If you feel like worrying is just going to be who you are and what you do, worry in pairs or Groups. Don't go to the dark alley at night alone. Go with a friend. You know, if I, and then, and I think a lot of us have this defensive pessimism of like, "If I just worry it out enough, it won't happen"
