And you might have an issue with your gait that is not so much, you know, people will say like, "I have a bad knee or I have a bad back" But chances are they're doing excellent things in some phases of your gait, but don't do all that well in others. We like to break them up so that everyone can have a more nuanced understanding of which parts of their body need attention.
