Kotu's services might not bring revenue directly, they can help portfolio businesses operate more smoothly and perhaps win deals on the margin. The three individuals at the top of the firm are philip lafont, thomas lefont and daniel sent each one's character is in some respect reflected in the organization they have built. While many good things were said about kote's team and leadership, there appear to be persistent managerial issues that start at the top leadership.
