Are the Atomists Just Different Attempts to Save Pluralism From Pominity?

The philosophers who come in the wake of parmenides. Do you think it would be too simplicic to see them as presocratics any more? They all have multiple principles, either in infinity of atoms or four elements. Are these all just different ways to outwit pormenides and avoid his kind of total manarism? i do think there are differences. If we take one the differences is actually the evidence.
