The Perfect Law That Gives Freedom
James is saying no you don't run from the law run to the law that brings freedom it's what Psalm 119 tells us. God by his grace puts his word in our hearts he moves us toward the commands of Christ and yet give ourselves this is where we do guard against legalism because we realize it's not what we can muster up try to obey the law, James says.
