How to Deal With Grief
I lost a younger brother Um And I've lost family and friends um In in numbers that most people don't deal with in a lifetime. As a result, I'm well acquainted with grief and uh I can remember the deepest darkest depression I had is when I lost miles. There are still things that you can point to that bring you joy That bring you happiness that bring you pleasure while still holding the grief of the loved one that you lost. It's it's not either or it's both and right. The more in therapy we call this integrating the negative realities, right?
