Why the CIA Didn't Notify the FBI?
Levin: The CIA didn't tell the FBI, who was also investigating Al Qaeda. He says a special agent found out that two al-Qaeda operatives were in the U.S., but he couldn't act on it. Levin: If we weren't aware of it, when it came in the headquarters, we couldn't have notified them. LZ: Had they, agents like Ali Sufon and Steve Godin would have been able to find out what happened.
