Time jumps don't seem to be a thing this franchise is doing, but that's the only way i can explain how they're able to get married. But we have to remember too, in this movie, only a year has past since the events of the first film, right? So do we think they did a six month time jump, or like half the time that has elapsed so far in this story for this wedding? They had to have jacob's memory wiped. He couldn't even know about wizards in america. There's a huge battle of the beginning of fantastic beasts four, and it takes place, again, no time, jump immediately at the scene of the wedding
