I feel for me and I've had a period of time where I felt in my sexuality in having sex I wasn't always authentic. Or even like vaginal, you know, like lack of lubrication like the body starts to yeah stop opening. And actually any of those are done that in our lives we've actually overridden our emotions our physical body for the sake of pleasing another. So when we're in authentic it does create impact on the body that can come up over time.
