Aaron Carroll: I don't think a day can go by now without some Wall Street Journal headline outlining how bottlenecked our global supply chain is. So the only way you're going to actually be able to manufacture and bring jobs that were formerly international into the US is through automation. It's something else about the labor shortages also immigration policy which has gotten more conservative making it harder to find a labor for this kind of work.
