Even as under funded as they've been, when i've needed customers service, it's been pretty good. But their reputation certainly isn't the best, right? I guess part of the difference, ben brought this up on dithering, but that these companies are sort of like quasi governmental groups. By our best estimates, we don't get those numbers out of google or facebook or apple or microsopto on how many people are flagged,. And it seems like somehow we should.
