How Long Does a Deal Take to Close?
A company comes out with a bid of 42, what's going to happen to the stock price in most cases on the exchange? So I mean, obviously it will go up to reflect that deal. But how does the stock price get from 35 to 42? Because it's only going to get to that price if people are willing to buy it up to that price.
