Jango Fett Jr. relied on his old man souped up starship to kickstart his own bounty hunting career but why is he still flying it during the Empire Strikes Back? Think about it slave one is over 20 years old by this point surely Boba should have traded to Dan for something a bit more modern. Yes it was his father ship but Boba already indulges whatever traces of sentimentality reside within his ruthless soul by wearing Jango's armor into battle. So if we rule out the mockishness on Boba's part and only remaining rationale for him to keep slave one is that it's got to be a way better ship than any other ship in the prequel era
