Marketing is a big part of what I do at Expedia, and it's very different from traditional marketing. What makes a B2B product cutting edge and disruptive? It exists to solve a problem that is probably no new but the product comes into solid in a different way or using latest technology. So for me, as market year, this means that always for innovation, nobody can produce a customer adoption without going through maturity cycle.
