The book's premise is that iris, the protagonist of this book, receives a package from her father. The father has sent her letters in the mail that he had written and given to her when he she was a tenager. And then she's 36 years old, and like, the letters are like coming back to her again. I wonder if all of us do like. I mean, maybe it's to greater and lesser extense. But everybody's wounded, right? We all carry these wounds.
