Scaffolding tools can be helpful here. It's good to have a set of base where all developers can start with especially if you have Five 10 15 developers on your team. Who they who gets to be the person in charge of updating packages and making sure that stuff still works after they update And how often do you update packages? Those are all questions that you got to know because if it's just doing it willy nilly, sometimes maybe somebody could update something on one branch that causes weird branch issues.
