"I hate the word competencies because it triggers like a real old school HR part of my brain. But sometimes getting back to the basics can can get you out of, you know, going back to things that have that have been proven to work," he says. "This is what a great manager looks like in our organization and that can look different from organizations up one organization to the next but I would be super intentional about it."
