There's a lot of messages we get that we should try to be in the moment more than we are. And i sort of get annoyed with that in the book, because it seems pretty obvious to me anyway. It just leads to your not being in the moment, caesating yourself at the moment and constantly questioning yourself. For people who are prone to worry, the realization that you only have to worry about the next moment at each point is actually, i think, is amazing news. Thiss can't be altered. One thing that i take from that is that it just means you never actually have to deal with anything other than this moment. You know, you can have all sorts
