Are We Worried About China Getting Ahead of Us?

We need to make sure we're going to win the arms race against china. We don't want them to develop ability in space, or abilities in submarines and underwater naval capacity that puts us at a disadvantage. The use ofai, the use of emerging technologies can propel productivity, can propel economic th can propel wealth generation. And those are things that we want in the united states.we want values of liberty and values of privacy embedded in these platforms and not values, and not a society that doesn't necessarily value have those values in their technology.
