Elon Musk's Rent Evasion

The tweets say that Musk flatly refused to pay them. They're contractually required severance. This is interesting how differently we treat these two very different examples of rent evasion. I would be surprised if the total number of people evicted in San Francisco last year, like the amount that they owed that got them evicted equaled what Musk has failed to pay on his property in the city.
