For consumers, when we buy a product or try a product or a service, the following never happens. We never go, ah, you know, thi a pretty crappy version of this thing that i want,. But i guess i can see how if they keep iterating on it and making it better, in six months or a year, or a couple of years, it'll be really, really good. No, no consumer has ever thought that way. You ges, you get a crappy product, and you think, this is a crappy product. This company makes crappyproduct. And your brand gets burned, right? Your brand gets hurt.
