The Importance of a Software Usability Scale

SUS was created in the, what I say, 80s by John Brooke. And it's been gathering evidence to back up the software usability scale over a long period of time. So even if you've got one person and one person gets a SUS that's above 68, then it's a pretty reliable indicator that it is a bad system or there are problems with the system. But this things are kind of making me a bit hesitant about it. It's going to be very difficult to do it live by the side of someone.
