Reinhard Hydra's 'Knife Missile'

In the 1930s, Reinhard Hydra embarked in a project to take control of all political intelligence gathering agencies in Germany. He and his colleagues have wiped out the communist underground. There is no more political opposition to the regime that has any kind of meaningful power. This presented a problem because the Reich interior minister, a guy named Wilhelm Frick, doesn't really want a totalitarian state.
