Are We Living by Hammurabi's Code?
There are plenty of people, at least influential people on the federal bench who say that where our interpretation of the constitution should stop is generally what they knew in 1789. The Bible says that you can kill your kid if they are taken to the city gates and stone them if they are, if they give you sass. So it's just interesting to me that when you are dealing with such fought over material, there's probably an expert to dissect and slice the whatever version of lunch and meet that Thomas Jefferson ate.
