The Future of Artificial Intelligence
I'm not sure if the computer instantiated tools could simply be considered an extension of our capacity for language. I don't think it's sentient either. And do we really want it to have control of a weapon system? The next version is going to require, you can bet that there's millions and millions of dollars that will be invested in the next version of it.
