It is not uncommon for an estate agent to tell a potential buyer that the offer that you put forward has been accepted. But i've still got to do my due diligence in my care because i work for the vendor, to get the best possible price. So it's important that we understand that when it comes to real estate agents, unfortunately, doesn't enjoy stories like this. Ben: Is it illegal or unethical?
