Gareth: I would say the piece about really leading into what you are and what you offer aside from money can be very effective. Like, that is the sell, right? Selling is qualification and making it deal happen with the right people. It's like you need the right customers. And most people just want to try and force themselves on people. So yeah, my one thing would be just dialing into who you are and who you're not can have that kind of reflects your assessment criteria.
