Can You Sell an Agency for Big Money?
I find it easier letting someone else write about me in a cringy format than me trying to do it myself. I've never quite understood the argument that you can sell an agency for big money. What are you selling? You're the client list that can cancel next month. It's all about like retain or contract lens, how diversified. If you've got an agency with 100 clients that all pay you X amount a month, it's quite diversified risk. A lot of the time if you sell an agency, you'll have to stay on for 12 to 12 to 18 months to see over the transition. That's just even more on the even three years. Sometimes more
