The Best Compensation Model for SDRs
I think that there's gonna be a lot in the current economic situation and as it continues to develop, I think there's gonna been a lot of pressure put on this function. And so with that said, it's difficult for me to debate the best comp model for SDRs because when you say SDR versus what I say SDR, we're talking about two different things. If I did this at my company, then SDRs would be salary employees. There would be no variable comp. Why would you ever put SDRs on a salary plan? It puts it back on the company to create an environment where those people are successful.
