For us, our focus is realy off market a property. Our very experienced investors that want top, top dollar for their properties. We do have to purchase the property at a lower price because we're taking on a bigger risk. So our marketing is really broad andand that's why we're able to get all these smaller plexes. For the higher plexus is a different strategy. A change a little bit of our message, a, to be tailor two, more investor focused. But ah, for the majority of our marketing, we can a rich to a broad audience. And it sounds like you don't plan on changing that messagen any time soon? Ah,
