It's a retrospective observational study of Finnish HEM services which was made up of five physician staff units and one staff by advanced paramedics. What they compared was the first-pass success with regards to the survival of these patients at 30 days using a national population registry. So anyway this paper that we're looking at now brings some more fantastic evidence to the table and might make us think slightly differently about things.
