Spurs - Are Spurs Just Waiting?

Juventus have significant revenue generating capabilities. If they do not cut significantly, like this could easily be years in the wilderness if they get this wrong. I think Spurs are just kind of waiting, they're gonna get through the transfer window because they don't have that many guys working for them. Do we miss anything? I think we were pretty comprehensive here.
