A Christmas Story
Kevin's mum was 17 when she had him. She didn't have a house so we stayed with my mum's mother for two years. I feel something appropriate for our Christmas story. A young mother and her newborn child looking for somewhere to stay. There's no room at the inn in Kevin's village but eventually he and his mum reached the top of the waiting list for a council house. What started as a blessing being given this house turns into a curse. To find out more we're going to tell this story backwards. Working our way through years of strange phenomena to a moment of pure horror that Kevin has kept deeply buried. An event that has defined his whole life.
