Is There a Right to Vote?

From a libertarian point of view, there's no qoton quot right to vote like this is a made up thing. The net result of having women vote has been to push these countries toward the social coltral left. Once you grant the vote, you can't take it back. Your stock with it. But at this point it's sort of hard on to go back and say, what exactly are we going to do?
